Fees in Sweden: Well, if you want to study in the Autumn 2009 then you don’t need to worry. Applications made this year, for studies beginning in the fall 2009 certainly won’t be affected by fees. I doubt very much that applying for the fall 2010 will include fees as well – but we’ll have to wait and see.

Yep, Norway is an option and Finland is not charging fees yet either.
